RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Vebka Foods, led by Karthik, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you.
RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and unopened.
- Notification: Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days via the original method of payment.
- Rejection: If the item does not meet the return criteria, we will inform you accordingly, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
